At Oceans Golf Buggies, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality electric vehicles and exceptional service. As a company operating in Spain, we adhere to strict EU and Spanish consumer protection laws to ensure your peace of mind.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and warranties.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Spanish Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), customers purchasing online or via distance selling have the right to cancel their contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason ("Derecho de Desistimiento").

Timeframe: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

Notification: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return under this clause:

• The vehicle or item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

• It must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., a short test drive is acceptable; extensive use or wear is not).

• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility in Spain. Due to the size and nature of Golf Buggies, these return shipping costs can be significant.

2. DELIVERY GUARANTEE ("Money Back Promise")

We stand by the quality of our delivery service. As stated on our website:

If your buggy is delivered and it is not as described or promised, we will give you your money back, no questions asked.

If the vehicle arrives significantly different from the specifications agreed upon, or if it is defective upon arrival, please refuse the delivery or contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the Legal Guarantee (Garantía Legal).

Reporting: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Resolution: We will arrange for the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract (refund) as appropriate, depending on the severity of the issue and Spanish legal requirements.

4. WARRANTY INFORMATION

A. Standard Legal Guarantee

All new products sold are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery for lack of conformity, in compliance with current Spanish consumer regulations.

B. Specific Lithium Battery Warranty

We offer an extended commercial warranty specifically for our Lithium Batteries.

Duration: 5 Years Total Coverage.

Years 1-3: Full Replacement Value.

Years 4-5: Prorated Coverage.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Lack of maintenance.

• Regularly undercharging the cart battery.

• Battery failure due to a third-party outside electrical source or wiring issues.

• Tampering with the charger or charger algorithms.

Important Note: The Oceans Buggies proprietary battery is the only authorized Lithium battery to be installed on an Oceans Buggy. Installing any other Lithium battery from another supplier will void the Oceans Golf Buggies Warranty.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
