Who is the Z2 designed for?
The Z2 is built for one or two people making regular local journeys on public roads. It is a natural fit for:
- Couples who want a second vehicle for the supermarket, beach, restaurants and golf club.
- Retirees who want an easy, open-air way to get around town without a full-size car.
- Residents of coastal towns and urbanisations, where parking a car can be difficult.
- Golfers who want to drive from home to the club on public roads.
If you regularly carry more than one passenger, the four-seat Z4 (€16,995) is the better choice.
What does a 60–80 km range mean day to day?
For most local routines, it means you are not charging every day. Typical trips to the shops, the beach, the golf club or friends nearby are often only a few kilometres each way, so a single charge can cover several days of local driving. Real-world range depends on hills, load, passengers, speed and temperature. The Z2 can climb gradients of up to 15%, which covers typical slopes in Spanish coastal towns and urbanisations.
Why does an LFP lithium battery matter?
The Z2 uses a 48V LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery. LFP is a lithium chemistry widely used in electric vehicles and energy storage because it is known for thermal stability and long cycle life. Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries are much lighter and do not need topping up with water. The Z2's battery is covered by a 5-year warranty.
Z2 or R2: which two-seater should you choose?

| Lighting | High-performance LED | Automatic LED with daytime running and ambient functions |

The Z2 gives you the same core performance as the R2 for €2,000 less. Choose the R2 if you want the larger screen, keyless entry, automatic lighting and drive modes.
Which Z2 colour should you choose?
The Z2 comes in 9 body colours (White, Black, Metallic Gray, Silver, Deep Red, Sea Blue, Sky Blue, Gold and Metallic Blue) with brown or black seats. White with brown seats is a classic Mediterranean look; Silver or Metallic Gray with black seats is understated and modern.
